Shopping at Boutique Whitaker is never self-service in a cold sense. Every service we provide is personal, flexible, and designed to take the stress out of dressing well. We offer in-store personal styling consultations, seasonal wardrobe-refresh appointments, group shopping experiences for occasions like hen parties or milestone birthdays, and a gift-voucher service for when you want to treat someone but trust them to choose. Our gift vouchers come in any denomination and can be redeemed across the full range of clothing and accessories. For working professionals with limited time, we offer a pre-selection service: call us, describe your needs, and we'll have a curated rail waiting when you arrive.
Each service is bookable by phone or in person — no apps, no complicated portals.
A focused 60-minute one-to-one with a Whitaker family stylist. We review your wardrobe goals, discuss colours and cuts that work for your build and colouring, then work through current stock together. Walk away with a look — or a plan.
Twice a year — at the spring and autumn collection arrivals — we invite returning customers to a two-hour guided refresh. You describe what's missing or tired in your wardrobe and we build around what you already own, avoiding unnecessary duplication.
Book the boutique for a private two-hour group session, ideal for hen parties, birthday outings, or workplace team treats. We provide the bubbly (or coffee), the style advice, and an unhurried atmosphere with no other customers to contend with.
Available in any value from 50 lei upwards, our gift vouchers are presented in a handwritten envelope with a personal message. They're redeemable against any item in-store and carry no expiry date — because the right moment to use a gift is whenever it arrives.
Short on time? Call us 24 hours in advance with your size, occasion, and budget. We'll prepare a curated rail of five to eight pieces so you can walk in, try on, and decide in under 30 minutes. No browsing fatigue, no wasted lunch break.
We never turn away a walk-in customer, but for the most personal experience — particularly for styling consultations and wardrobe refreshes — we recommend calling ahead to reserve a quiet slot. This lets us prepare stock tailored to your preferences, clear a fitting room, and ensure a family member with styling expertise is available throughout your visit. An appointment is strongly recommended so we can prepare a selection in advance and guarantee a quiet, unhurried slot. Walk-ins for styling are welcome when we're not busy, but we can't always promise a dedicated stylist immediately.
Yes. We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt. We offer store credit or an exchange — no cash refunds, in line with Romanian retail practice.
No. Our gift vouchers carry no expiry date. They're transferable — the person you give them to can pass them to someone else if they wish.
At the moment Boutique Whitaker is an in-store experience only. We do not offer online ordering or postal delivery. We find that fit and fabric are best assessed in person, and we're not ready to compromise on that.
